8 days inside an historical Villa that rises above the perimeter walls of an ancient church from the year one thousand. On the hillside where the castle stands is a wood of pine trees and secular oaks. A parkland, with suggestive shaded pathways for enjoying tranquillity, strolling or sitting in a calm area for reflection and meditation, keep in touch with the green nature around. The spiritual teacher started yoga activities during the 80s and meet her spiritual teacher who begun her to dashnama sannyasa tradition. She partecipated to yoga seminars and courses in Italy and India.
YOGA EXPERIENCE
The lessons we propose is Santyananda tradition. Throught the practice of these lessons the students experience will have more stability, peace, strength and health. Yoga practice awakens the individual’s awareness and canalize the self-energy of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Yoga lesson will be in the morning inside or outside the structure, it depends from the weather conditions.
It is possible to personalize your yoga program and services upon your level and needs.
